Responsibilities:


1. Robotic Rehabilitator Operation:

• Skilfully operate and manage advanced robotic rehabilitators, ensuring precise setup and configuration tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to understand individual patient profiles and customize robotic assistance accordingly.

• Monitor and adjust robotic system parameters in real-time to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation sessions.

2. Patient Interaction:

• Engage with patients in a professional and empathetic manner, fostering a supportive environment during rehabilitation sessions.

• Educate patients about the robotic rehabilitation process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have with clarity and compassion.

3. Technical Assistance:

• Possess a solid understanding of medical devices and electronics to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues during sessions.

• Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems promptly.

4. Data Recording and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, progress, and session details post rehabilitation.

• Work alongside the medical team to analyze collected data, enabling informed decisions regarding the rehabilitation plan.

5. Maintenance and Safety:

• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of robotic rehabilitators to uphold optimal functionality and longevity.

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both patients and staff during all rehabilitation sessions.

6. Continuous Learning:

• Stay abreast of advancements in medical devices, electronics, and gait rehabilitation techniques through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field to provide the highest standard of care.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in medical device technology, electronics, and biomechanics.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Understanding of gait anatomy and related disabilities is an advantage.

• Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

• Capacity to thrive in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

• Attentive to detail, problem-solving skills, adaptable to dynamic environments.

• Passion for helping individuals with disabilities and a drive to contribute to their rehabilitation journey.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma/ITI in ECE or Mech

Experience 0-1 Year Required.
